Restoring Dignity and Quality of Life

Under the Community Health Intervention Program (CHIP), the NICE Foundation team initiated regular home-based care for Bodayya. Our clinical team focused on consistent blood pressure monitoring, personalized physiotherapy guidance, and dietary counselling to manage his hypertension.

Bi-weekly rehabilitation visits were conducted over a six-month period to ensure steady progress. This intensive doorstep intervention was critical for a patient who had previously lost all functional independence.

Through persistent effort, he progressed from being completely bedridden to sitting independently and standing with partial support, successfully restoring both his movement and his dignity.
