What We Do

What We Do

Through CHIP-SVL, NICE Foundation delivers comprehensive community health services:

  • Fixed Day Health Services (FDHS)
  • Maternal, newborn, child & adolescent health (RMNCH+A)
  • Regular medical care for chronic illnesses
  • General medical care
  • Home-based treatment for immobile patients
  • Community mobilization and health education

All services focus on preventive, promotive, and curative care.

How the Program Works

Village populations are mapped and health service days are scheduled in advance to ensure predictable and regular access to care.
Healthcare services are delivered twice every week at fixed village venues such as Anganwadi centres, community halls, school buildings, and cyclone shelters.
Focused health support for mothers and children including antenatal care, postnatal care, nutrition monitoring, and early childhood health tracking.
Routine diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for common illnesses affecting rural populations.
Medical teams visit homes of immobile and critically ill patients to provide treatment and monitoring.
Health awareness campaigns and education programs empower communities to adopt preventive healthcare practices.
Coordination with government health programs and training for community health workers ensures long-term sustainability.
